We are a multi-disciplinary team based in Melbourne, combining expertise in architecture, civil and engineering design, quantity surveying, cost consulting, and project management. With over 500 projects delivered, valued from $2 million to $100 million, our experience spans residential, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, education, and government sectors.

About Our Founder & CEO
Hasan Aslam has over 23 years of experience in architecture, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, and project management. His vision to provide integrated, client-focused solutions inspired the founding of Bidkon. Hasan is known for his commitment to quality, strategic insight, and hands-on leadership.

With 10 years of dedicated experience in Quantity Surveying, Humera serves as a Project QS Lead. She is instrumental in guiding major projects to success through meticulous oversight, high-level commercial advice, and robust client engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Oversees all Quantity Surveying activities on major projects.
- Provides high-level commercial advice and strategic financial insights.
- Acts as a key client-facing contact and is deeply involved in contractual matters.
- Manages the review of final accounts, dispute resolution, and proactive risk management.

Abdul Majid
Senior Civil Engineer & QS
Abdul Majid brings over 8 years of expertise in quantity surveying across diverse construction projects including residential, commercial, and educational facilities. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, Abdul specializes in detailed cost estimation, contract management, and developing innovative solutions for complex construction challenges.
His experience spans from feasibility studies to post-tender management, with particular expertise in variation assessment, budget optimization, and comprehensive project coordination. Abdul has successfully managed numerous projects, including the notable Drager Warehouse in Notting Hill.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering
- Associate Membership of Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (IIQS)
